Details
Complex tools are produced from various raw materials and individual parts using spatial imagination and craftsmanship. The high-precision production of components and functional assembly is crucial for the quality of the tool and the end product. Our tools are used to manufacture components for energy supply or impellers.

Technical model maker (m/f/d)
Details
With spatial imagination and manual skills, models are made from wood and plastic. Good fine motor skills and care are important. The models made are needed for molding sand to produce a casting mold. We mainly produce models for the latest car bodies in vehicle and agricultural machinery construction.

Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)
Details
With knowledge of mathematics and geometry, as well as an interest in complex machines and various programming techniques, raw material is turned into a finished component. The machinability of different materials based on their properties, such as resilience and ductility, leads to different production methods. Our cast components for vehicle construction are machined by us, as are large tools up to 14m in length for aircraft construction and components for production systems.

Foundry mechanic (m/f/d)
Details
Using heavy machinery, various raw materials are liquefied together in a crucible according to a kind of cooking recipe in order to obtain certain material properties. The liquid metal is poured into sand molds through a gating system. After a solidification phase, a component is removed from the mold through the cavity that fills with metal. Our cast components can be found in the latest vehicle models.

Industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
Details
Machines and production systems are built and installed with technical understanding, a love of physics and manual skills. The optimization and control of robot-controlled production systems is just as much a part of the job as solving technical problems and finding solutions. From vehicle construction to energy conversion components and medical technology, we automate the manufacture of products on the basis of our own concepts.
